Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were a bit noisy due to their proximity to the main pool, and I was woken up by a rooster call which was unnecessary. Despite my request for a room closer to the facilities because I have kids, I found the room to be quite far. However, the staff's dedication to making guests comfortable was evident from the moment I entered the hotel, with everyone from drivers to restaurant staff being courteous and helpful, although there was a slight issue that made me feel unwelcome. The location was a haven of relaxation with beautiful crystal-clear waters, comfortable loungers, and a helpful guest relations manager. The dining experience was a mix of repeated food with extra dishes, but there were delicious tapas. Overall, I enjoyed the facilities available at the hotel.
My stay at the hotel had some ups and downs. The rooms were not up to standard with dirty toilets, malfunctioning air conditioning, and uninvited ants, though the second room was cleaner even though one AC was faulty. The staff at the reception lacked warmth and helpfulness. On the bright side, the rooms were in good condition and cleanliness was maintained.
The hotel has clean and comfortable rooms but lacks maintenance with issues like the AC shutting off frequently. The service is mixed with helpful staff like Mr Kerolos and Mr Hamada but can be unprofessional at times. The location is convenient near Naama Bay but far from the sea. The dining experience offers some good options but lacks variety and taste. Overall, a decent stay with room for improvement in several areas.
I stayed at the hotel for a family trip. The rooms were always clean and well-served, but a bit distant from restaurants, which was inconvenient with my two kids. Despite my request for a closer location during reservation, we ended up next to the noisy main pool that even had a rooster wake-up call. Overall, a mixed experience.
Despite requesting a room near the facilities due to having kids with me, I was disappointed to find our room far away and in poor condition with a flooded bathroom floor and worn-out furniture. The staff, especially Ms. Mariem, were very respectful and professional though.
During the reservation period, the rooms were very close to the swimming pool and everything, but I encountered issues with a dirty and non-functional toilet. Additionally, there was a problem with the air conditioning, and the room was full of insects and mosquitoes. The service was a mix of apologies and questionable stories; I even had communication difficulties due to language barriers. The location had its perks, being near Naama Bay and the bus station, but some internal issues caused frustrations. The dining experience, while showing promise in some dishes, fell short in terms of variety and quality, with staff struggling to provide proper service. A notable positive was the open kitchen show by Chef Mahmud and assistant Madruk. The facilities were marred by unorganized and poorly trained staff, impacting the overall experience.
